It’s completely natural—smart, even—to poke at something new, big, or idealistic. We do it to protect ourselves from disappointment, and to see if the idea actually holds up. I get it and I welcome it.

If you’re questioning this project, that probably means you’re at least a little curious.

I want to be clear: I’m not perfect, and neither is this project. I don’t know exactly how far it will go. A lot is still being shaped and figured out. That’s not a flaw; that’s the sign of something alive. Something willing to listen and evolve. The project is shaped by the people around it, big and small.

This project isn’t going to solve everything. But I do believe it can move us forward.
